At least Eli had a superbowl win before he proclaimed something like this. Flacco isn't close, and downright sucks sometimes.

I guess hes copying Eli Manning from last year but Eli actually has some backing as an elite guy. I cant believe he actually said that 
ETA did a plane full of the top 15 QBs crash this week or something?

Knew this garbage was coming. You say "I want to be the best" or "im working hard to bethe best I can be and i believe that i can be the best" or something like this. If you are great, you dont need to say it; who are you trying to convince? Please find me a quote like this from Brady, Manning, or Brees before they were successful and itll make more sense but they never do.
It comes off straight ignorant to say this when youre in a league with Brees/Manning/Brady that have 5 rings/6 MVPs/4 SB MVPs between them. What has flacco done in the league besides be incredibly average?

You have to draw the line somewhere. It would be one thing if he said he was elite, which he isn't, but to say that he is the best QB in the league would be like Jameer Nelson saying he's the best PG in the league. Actually its worse than that.
