Getting married next month and taking the honeymoon trip to San Diego. We'll be staying at the Grand Del Mar (if it makes a difference).
Looking for a list of can't miss places to eat (both fine dining and casual) while there.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. (I tried the search, but doesn't seem to be working).

No problem. You are just north of La Jolla if I'm not mistaken so I would definitely make it a point to hit up Brockton Villa for a brunch/lunch and enjoy the view. If you could time a sunset dinner on the outside patio that would be ideal for what you are looking for as well. That's the only place in La Jolla I ate at. I'm sure there are some more good places in that area but you will need to ask the staff at your hotel for some recommendations.

Cool. I've been looking at high rated places on Urbanspoon, etc. and it seems like most of the quality places are located in the GasLamp District.

We didn't enjoy the American style seafood we tried...they don't season to please a Southern palate.
