Have we found our closer?

Last night was the first time I got to watch Goody on the mound and to me he has the stuff of a closer. His fast ball has got to be in the mid 90s and his breaking ball in NASTY. Maybe he was just on last night but my god he made the two hitters he faced look stupid.

Sorry for the duplicate I just found the other thread. I've listened to most of the games on 98.1 and attended a few but last night was the first time I got to see him throw. I was more than impressed. He made those guys look like they gave up...

Unfortunately, bap kicked Skip out of the dugout so no one was around to operate the speed gun.

if i had kicked him out of the dugout wouldnt that GIVE him the chance to operate the gun? no one operates a gun from the dugout.

He closes, Bourgeois and Cotton in set up, Nola in long relief/setup/pushing for Sunday starts. Staff looks nice.
