to see three new quarter backs in the spring qame. I can hardly wait to see who immerges as that sleeper. Will it be Rivers or Randall.

We're due. We've been suffering through the whole Jefferson/Lee debacle for 4 years now.

I agree, LSU is overdue for a new face at QB. I was tired of the JJ, JL fiasco and I am a BAMA fan. I think Mett needs to be given the shot and just stick with him and see what happens, he is suppose to be a good QB.

I think Mettenburger has the job, no doubt about that, but what really interest me is who out of the other two will emerge as the back up, or will that in coming true freshman give them a run at it?

If Hat keeps his "peckaouttadaplaybook," it will be Mett.......and that approach would favor Rivers as a backup....Hat betta let his offensive coaches call the offense....he is out of mulligans.

I am looking forward to seeing what Wrs and Tight end step up. Perfect time for guys like Fobbs, A Williams and some of the young tight ends to show something.

I don't think Miles is dumb enough to not start/play Mettenberger. The fans have been starved of decent quarterback play for sometime now. We all want him in at quarterback. Miles knows this. Even his isn't bizarre or crazy enough to meddle with it.

Spring game is nice and all, but i dont expect miles to show much, he never has. With an easy arse OOC schedule, we will see someone other than Mett early on, we will just have to wait and see which guy gets mop up.

The only qb battle we will see for the next 2 years is to see who is going to be back up, its metts team now

We ARE talking about the coach that kept running one of the lowest ranked QB's in the NCAA out there, so anything is possible. SO ready to see the position upgrade-even mediocre would be an improvement.

I've hung all the blame on JJ and JL to get past the NC debacle. I'm amazed how well we did the past 2 years with 2 below average QB's.

Can you imagine if Steve Spurrier had JJ and JL as his only QB's for 4 years.

have no doubt the fans will see Randall at least 1-2 series a game just to have that running qb threat.

I didn't even think about this.

We'll most likely get to see Randall or Liggins get some play time right away! Man, I can't wait for football season.

Another question: Who leads the other team in the Spring game? Randall, Liggins, or Rivers?
