TJ came up with a Jeremy Lin excuse! What's his excuse...

...for his current recruiting!
He said, "..there was no pressure.." to recruit Lin, at Stanford. OK!!
Was there pressure to recruit Louisiana?
How has he done?
TJ seems to act like he is "above," competing for talent and that's why he'll eventually be run off, after Aleve is first deposed!!
I think TJ is a gentleman, but he was hired to elevate our MBB Program, and he ain't doing that, as far as I am concerned.
I know we won 6 SEC games, but this is his 4th year and we don't seem to ba a contender for ANYTHING, in our conference. I don't think that HS players buy into the TJ persona, and that is why he is recruiting "also-rans," as Aleva tells us "he is building it up right!!" We'll see.....

Lin ended up at Harvard for a reason.

He had 3 scholarships to give. Two were to the Lopez twins, they turned out to be pretty good players and now play in the NBA. The other was a a guard who outperformed Lin all four years in college and is a journeyman NBA player. That team went to sweet 16 and beat Lin and Harvard by 40 pts that yr. Lin scored like 6 pts. Eta. Sorry just checked the stats, Lin did not score a single point and fouled out in 21 minutes of play.
