You clearly don't know what you're talking about if you think he's A&M's best recruiter. David Beaty has proven to be far and away their top recruiter.

I really don't care about the A&M staff but was just posting what was said in the tweet.
Even if hes not the best, hes got to be one of the best right.

He was one of the better recruiters on the old staff, but that's not saying much. He was responsible for recruiting Florida and got perhaps two recruits from that area in his time at A&M.
Beaty is the one responsible for bagging two top 100 recruits in a month for 2012 and is the one recruiting Golden.

You know a Longhorn is going to overstate anything with TAM. It's just part of the hatred they have for one another. It's still too early to grade the new TAM staff's recruiting. Early returns are good but signing day is 50 weeks away. Let's see how they recruit thru an average year on the field before grading them. If they recruit at a high level the rest of the year then maybe they have something. Those classes of the past aren't going to cut it in the SEC West and TAM people know it.

I don't understand any top recruit wanting to go to a&m. It's like they can't wait to wear poo brown uniforms and be on a completely average team. What do they tell recruits " you'll be part of the class that gets us back on the map ". The only thing that helps them is that they are in Texas and next to louisiana and there are so many recruits that Texas, LSU, and OU can't scholly everyone

A lot of TX kids want to stay close to home and be within the state borders. Now TAMU gives them that opportunity while playing in the best conference in CFB. This will be at the expense of the Longhorns and Sooners. LSU and Arkansas will benefit from extra exposure in TX.

The Longhorn uniforms kind of remind me of the color of my children’s soiled diapers depending on what they have eaten that week of course.
Aggies are maroon FWIW so perhaps a better jab would have been for wearing a very dark menstruation colored jersey

I've always thought the Miss State uniforms are ugliest in the SEC. The Aggies uniforms look almost the same.

This might end up being a problem for schools other than A&M if Sumlin reaches out and makes a great hire. We'll see
