What are some of the better options in BR ? I am trying to plan my retirement dinner there instead of Houston since most of my family is already there. I have thought of the following :

Capital City Grill
La Lagniappe
Ruffino's
Parain's

Please opine on the merits of these or any other places.

Thanks in advance.

Ruffinos would be my first and only choice.
