Fat sick and nearly dead (documentary about juicing)

Just finished watching this on netflix. Thinking about giving it a shot for a week. Anybody done a juice fast? And if so have any good recipes?

For a moment I thought you were talking about steroids but then I realized you were talking about actual juice from fruits and vegetables. Haven't seen it. give us a rundown.

My aunt stayed with me a few weeks, watched that a few other documentaries about juicing and vegan diets. shite was so stupid, IMO, but she bought into it. Got a juicer, all the stuff to make some "mean green" drink they talk about. She couldn't drink it and my kitchen smelled like grass. Dumbass then mixed it with orange juice saying it would be ok since it was organic orange juice.
The next day she had BBQ. She said she was going to be vegan more like 90% of the time.
IMO, she's the classic example of the people who buy into that shite.
Eat smaller meals about 4-5 times a day. Workout.
