Can anyone think of a good reason why I shouldn't invest in this?

I figure with the natural gas finds and focus on exploration even from anti-development Obama (despite his regulatory record) that this will continue to go up.

I don't have an answer for the op. But I did read that chk and xom were cutting back on drilling supposedly in an attempt to bring the supply down and the price of natty gas up.

The floor has dropped out from under natural gas. So unless that price comes up, these companies are going to be cutting back on NG production.

Chesapeake just announced a big pullback in Haynesville and Barnett last week. But if you think its bottoming out as everyone pulls back on gas-related capex, I wouldn't say its a bad way to bet that. If that's your play I'm not sure I wouldn't just leverage it completely to a company with heavy gas production though.
