Never done one before and looking to trick out a 10/22. Budget is $1200 including scope. Was wanting to do something like this for plinking and rat killing.

Then I see a stock like this

Definitely going with a Kidd fluted barrel for sure and suppressor ready. And maybe their trigger assembly.

I would appreciate any tips, avoidance ,opinions or pics you got.

I did one and made it all tacticool, but I'm about to tear it apart and redo it.

The 10/22s are pretty easy to deal with.

Damn. You have a fascination for a .22

I guess I just have different preferences than you.

been talking seriously about doing a 10/22. first time trying to mod a gun. 10/22 mods seems to be pretty easy.

Went to the range the other weekend and a guy was out there with his custom .22 just plinking away. It was so quiet it sounded more like an air rifle than a .22, I was impressed.

I need to get out of school before I can commit $1200 to anything. But once I have a little extra casb, an AR is first then a .22

Good luck with your build.

There is alot of good info on Rimfire Central and Snipers Hide forums to help. I just been searching those places to death.

Two more
The green one has an 18" Green Mountain fluted heavy barrel and trigger job and the black has a Rimfire Technologies tensioned barrel and trigger group.
Both have some extras such as 10/22 Magnum charging handles and modified bolt releases.

I would step over 3 ar's to get a tricked out 10/22. Post pics when you're done. And why in he'll does that first rifle have a muzzle break?
