Who were some of the Russell Shepard recruited players?

I was thinking about how little Shepard has done while at LSU when I remembered him being a big force for LSU in recruiting when he was a high school senior. Was that just a lot of smoke, or did he really have some sort of impact on a few of the players we got? Who were the players? I guess it might be tough to actually know if he had an infuence, but I was just curious.

I think he "recruited" Loston. That's the only one I can really think of. But he is the guy's cousin.

If I remember correctly, he helped in locking down Rueben Randle.
