leading into the next segment they will discuss a "key member" who may be lost.....Lance Moore?

ETA: GW is in his last year of contract and may join Jeff Fisher.

Did they say "key player" or "key member"? I was thinking the OC.

Looks like the Gregg Williams haters from lastnight may get their wish. I'd be sad to see him go tbh.

in all sincerity I'm sure Spags would relish the though of being able to coach a defense whose offensive counterparts score 30+ every single game.

I hope it's not Rick Repreish(sp?) to the Colts. I saw that possibility mentioned somewhere.

I will be so happy to see him go. His schemes are not effective for the players we have.

Just like Harbaugh took the same players in SanFran and molded them into probowlers in one season and a good team, we need someone who can mold our players and put them in position for success. the blitzing every down doesn't work.

Also, I think it is interesting that he would join Fisher and not remain a Saints if Payton wasn't sold on retaining him after the season. Look, his defense has regressed every year since the superbowl (no forced turnovers, the seattle game, etc). There is no reason the Saints organization shouldn't demand or expect a D like in SF, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Denver, etc.

If we win the superbowl this year we will have had two 13-3 superbowl winning seasons under Payton and Williams. What the frick more do you want from a coaching staff.

Hater gonna Hate. Lovers gonna love. I don't even want none of the above. I want to piss on you.

I like GW but our defense is pretty bad. We blitz more than anyone in the league and never get any sacks. QBs throw on us at will. If he goes, it's whatever.

Just stop blitzing on every single play and never getting a sack, leaving your largely ineffective DB's who can't tackle or cover vulnerable. It ain't rocket science. Stop doing that, and people won't hate on him.

If we win the superbowl, it will be in large part to the offense scoring tons of points and eating the clock up.

I guess I want a solid D that can force turnovers and not get gashed through the air and we the fans are high-fiving one another because we only held them to a FG
