Best sentence in the article -- Saban is supposed to be an assassin and Les Miles a buffoon, but the thing about assassins is they're not accustomed to being shot back at, and the thing about buffoons is they're too dumb to be scared.

He hits the nail on the head: if Bama loses Monday, their entire identity as a program is called into question. Who are they if they are not the best in the SEC? The pressure Monday night is on Bama; they don't know how to coexist with the other schools in our conference if they are not the premier program. If we lose, well, we weren't supposed to be there because we're not better than Bama anyway.

Remember, this is all perception. We could win a tight game and STILL not get any respect from any of these people who hold to the perception that Bama is the better program.

And we'll cry tears into our crystal trophy...
