I hope this isn't german- (I haven't been checking the site out bc I havent been at work in 4 days lol)

but has anyone on this site (i know i haven't heard the talking heads say this) asked how did a backup QB throw over 400 yds? I think it speaks volume on the system that Rodger gets to play under, and should be a consideration on the MVP. IMHO

Think GB would be 15-1 if Flynn started the whole season? Think Flynn would have set the record for passer rating? Think Flynn would have 45 TD's and 6 picks?

Thanks kennypowers816- like i said, I typically on come on the site during work hours

and headchange-

no I don't hypothetically assume that Flynn would have most of the success that Rodgers has had- I am theorizing from the fact of the amount of yardage that a backup QB threw, that is should diminish Rodger slightly (if he and drew were on equal comparisons)-

I don't think a backup QB (Chase) could post that many yards against a playoff team for us

Eric Mangina mentioned that the fact that Flynn put up those numbers is a testament to the system, like Tom Brady and the Patriots system. Someone remind me what happened when Brady went out with the knee injury???

Maybe, he could have, easily.

Well, He just set the franchise record for TDs and Yards, so I say yes,

He just had 6 TDs and 1 INT in one game, so Yes.

Matt Cassel came in and earned himself a payday for playing well.

Pats went 10-5

Clearly Flynn is not Rodgers he's the backup but for a backup qb to go in a game against a good lions team with their starting defense and put up those kind of numbers, clearly their system have something to do with it, they might not have went 15-1 if he was the starter for the whole season but his numbers would have been good.. when he goes to another team with another system his numbers will go down

Flynn can throw for 350 yards in the Saints offense as well. Flynn is like 12x's > Chase Danielson.

Maybe Flynn is just a better QB than Rodgers.

I think Flynn just made himself millions. Players perform when they have millions of $$$ being dangled in front of them.
see: most guys on their contract years

I definitely agree that
matt >>>>>>>>>>>>>>(>>>...)>>>>Chase daniel though

that's just a retarded statement. when he goes to another team with another "system" (if you wanna call an offense a system) he'll just learn that "system" too.

Every team has their own offense. Either the QB learns it or he doesn't.

We have a smart guy. Take that shite to Disney Channel. His numbers will go down in another offense basically because there are only a few teams with that amount of prolific receivers.
