Big 12 refs are going to officiate the game. Should be called fair and square.

Luckily the first game had so many eyes on the refs and with word getting out before the game of how the games are normily reffed down here it made it hard for Ritter and his crew to do their dirty work. They got a little in, but nowhere near the extent they normally would have. If all the pre-game notice hadn't gotton out before the last game, their is no way Ritters crew would have called Reids interception an interception. It would have been called a touchdown on the field or would have been overturned to a touchdown by the replay officials. Thank god word got out or we would not be playing in the BCSNC game this year.

I've always felt that conferences should trade officials for every game, period.

Especially in this conference.

I am expecting a lot more from Mingo and Montgomery this game since they won't be dragged down and tackled on every passing play

This is what bothered me the most in the first game. B Jones is very good when he goes up against lesser competition but Big Sam was noticeably better in the first game so he just held him on every single play. It was so blatant and never called. I hope that it is called early this game so Bama knows that they can't get away with it.

Im not usually one to complain about such things but I will say there were ALOT of blatant Holds and hits out of bounds that were not called. Lets not forget the helmet to helmet hit on Jefferson.

There was a late helmet to helmet on Shep also. No call.

You can't be serious. Reid's int. could have been called either way on the field and no one could have criticized the ref.

Cheating referees is the stuff of juvenile conspiracy theories. The sophomoric fans of each team think the refs are out to get 'em. So, the emotionally under-developed Bama fans think Bama was the victim of an 11/5 conspiracy and you think LSU dodged an 11/5 conspiracy.

Kurt Vonnegut Jr would have said that LSU is your granfalloon and your proper karass is with those idiot Bama fans. Join them!

I watched the replay on CBSSN SEC Express and I was thinking how we gained 5+ yards almost every time we ran outside.

I'm looking for this a lot more than we did on 11/5.

This. There are techniques that help prevent holding on the inside. Less bull rushing right into the big linemen and more speed rushes and swim techniques. Hard to hold without getting called for it against certain rushes.

you don't watch enough SEC footall if you haven't noticed the favortism shown to some degree to Auburn but clearly to Alabama. It's not a conspiracy, it just happens. Personally I feel a lot better about having Big 12 refs for this game as I'm sure a lot of LSU fans who have been watching SEC football for years are as well.

unless your Alabama. How many times have they been called for holding this season? Not many.

Mingo and Montgomery are speed rushers, by the way, and were drug down nearly every play. No holding was called. Watch the game.
