With all of the scattering around to put together strong rosters via trade, the other powerhouses of the league (besides Chicago), seem like a mess. I don't like what I'm seeing, because it looks like the Heat may not have much of a problem this year...who will have the firepower to beat them?

Did anyone see the Mavericks knocking off the Heat last year (besides GHAZI)? Did anyone see the Giants stopping the Patriots? Weren't the Eagles supposed to be the "Dream Team" this year?

Unbeatable teams rarely end up capturing the big prize.

no...everyone seems to have gotten significantly worse

the only teams I can see giving them a series are Chicago (who won't score enough) or OKC if they take the next step and get hot

Even with Paul headed to the Clips, I can't help but think the Lakers have something up their sleeve. They'll get Howard.

The Thunder don't match up that well with the Heat IMHO, meaning the Lakers or maybe whichever team Howard ends up on are probably the best bets.

The ole Heat dream team, what a crock of shite
Lebron and co. will never win a championship
Are they a collection of incredible basketball talents? YES
Are they the best TEAM in the league? Not at all.

I think their biggest opponent this year are themselves. Lebron can't give up in the playoffs, Bosh has to stop being a little bitch and the reserves have to step up.

The biggest thing to me is the addition of Battier. A great defender who won't make mistakes and can knock down open jumpers.

a shoulder injury to Wade, anal herpes outbreak for Bosh, and 4th quarter appearances for Lebron

They came damn close last year, and the guys who were supposed to be their 4th and 5th best players missed just about the entire season

Nope let's move on to 2012, no need to play this season

Let's wait and see where Howard ends up first before I can really answer

I still think the top teams in the West(Mavs Spurs Lakers and Clippers) will beat them
