Do you really think LSU players are concerned with bulletin board material at this point?

UGA has a decent defense but it's not in LSU's league. It's solid however. Will be one of the better ones LSU has faced.

They let Vandy score 28. LSU held some of the best offenses in the country to less than that (Oregon, WVU, Arkansas)

I am in ATL right now and it is absolutely amazing how much smack talking they are doing. I hope LSU is ready and uses the talking to motivate themselves against these arse holes. If I hear - woof-woof one more time......

Think Miles and company can motivate the troops plenty with or without BB material. Just stupid of UGA players to be openly disrespectful (even if it isn't to a big degree) this early in the week against the #1 team in the nation. Makes me wonder if they take LSU seriously enough. You shouldn't be afraid of any opponent, but if your head is in the sand of how good the other team is....

UGA's defense has been inconsistant. They remind me of Mississippi State. LSU will beat them by at least two scores (but probably 3 or 4)

Yes. They mention media comments and opposing player's comments as motivation all the time. I'd say in this era of social media it's a bigger factor than ever before in motivating players.

LSU has only allowed more than 11 to three teams, Oregon, WVU and Arkansas. Respectively they rank 3, 20 and 14 in scoring offense this year, racking up 46, 35 and 37 points per game.

Who cares what the Georgia players think? They are not in the same universe as LSU's defense.

to an extent, yeah. they seem to feed off slights - real or perceived. kinda like Michael Jordan. or Bobby Boucher.

"No."

UGA's defense allowed 213 points scored on the season.

LSU only allowed 127 (with a harder schedule)

Ummm yeah GA's defense is better, sure.

Maybe they are, maybe they aren't, who knows?

Certainly can't hurt. You never know what might motivate a 18 to 22 year old kid.

I hate to nit pick, but the LSU D only gave up 10 to the Piggies.

Again, they are not in LSU's league. I think that is fairly safe to say. Outside of Bama, LSU really hasn't faced many stellar defensive teams though. They are as good as anyone on the schedule not named Alabama.

UGA fans are going after the players on twitter too. Not very smart. Arkansas fans tried that one and we see how that ended.

True, but if you read my post, I didn't say LSU D, I said LSU, which includes both sides of the ball and special teams (unless you're Bama, then special teams don't count and they won the game)

Kellen Moore and Alshon Jeffery are laughing at this comment.
