Wow. Dead calm here. I guess that means we will be seeing those winds pretty soon. Bucks are in full rut here, so I think they will still be moving.

Not sure what phase of the rut were in, sounded like they were rutting hard yesterday at Sportiger's place. His place is within a mile or two of mine, things have slowed down for us since the first of the week.

BTW, missed the biggest buck of my life a year ago today. Hoping for better luck.
