Made my first hunt on the WMA. Walked an hour trying to find a spot I had picked out. Finally as it was almost daylight I found a tree and climed it. Turns out I walked a full circle and was only about 100 yards from my truck

I haven't been in the stand in two weeks. Last week was ole ms and this week I went to gatlinburg with my family. I'm going nuts. From here on out, I'm on a mission.

Scared deer walking in. Saw a doe and yearling about 2:30. Wind blowing in Rosedale, but shots are being fired. 32' up in a lock on with a .270.
