Hogville is making me physically sick

I really need to stop reading it. I hope we crush the piggies dreams on Friday. If you have the stomach, take a quick read through some of the posts on there. There may be 1 or 2 hogs on that entire board that think LSU even has a small probability of winning the game this week. Most of them have the game already notched in the win column and are more concerned about where their "win" over LSU puts them in the polls. They truly seem to believe that LSU has no chance to win this game. Every other post is "3 out of 4", "Wilson will carve up their D", etc. I even saw one post that said LSU's DB's are not that good (see WV result). Seriously? Do they realize that we haven't even been close to losing a game outside of Bama? I understand being a homer for your team, but I sure hope their players feel the same way about this game as they do. They will be in for a rude awakening in Tiger Stadium very soon.

Stop and consider this for a moment: these are fans who pride themselves on imitating...swine. Swine, for the love of God. We have a regal Tiger as a mascot. They have an overweight swarthy pig. And they're PROUD of it.

yeah, a wild pig is probably the worst mascot in the SEC. Maybe even worse than a tide. I'll never understand either of these.

Well, it's been the same for a bunch of other games this year...Oregon, WV, Alabama, etc. That purple & gold bullet train they're gonna' meet Friday will bring a healthy dose of reality.

Oh, I don't know. Maybe more than one of their fans thinking that LSU just might be a difficult opponent for them? Guess my expectations were too high.

Read through one post that even made a Katrina reference. At least one poster came to our defense on that one, but it still made my stomach turn a little and my hatred of that fan base grow.
