How close do you feel safe with stands on a pipeline?

Long story but I'll try to hit the highlights.......
For years there was a stand on a pipeline on a ridge, you can see 150 yards west to the next ridge. The property line is about 200 yds to the east downhill. A creek is the low point about 50 yds on the next property.
The next property is uphill and a stand has always been there about 300 yds east of the creek.
Everything was cool as both stands would shoot down hill with an elevation drop of about 100'.
Some new nimrod decides to build a stand about 20 yds east of the creek.
Long story short he "warns" us we better not shoot toward him. Real ahole about it.
Anyway I was in the stand the other day and he comes out and dumps corn 20 yds west of creek so basically between our stand and him just on the other side of property line.
I assume he plans on shooting my way?
Granted we don't bait towards him and even stopped a food plot on that side in am effort to not "attract" deer between us.
Anyway we are at our wits end. Think I'm just going to worry about deer on the side away from him and if he shoots one this way and it crosses the line I'll walk down and rag the deer and warn him to retrieve it would be trespassing???
Sorry for novel I know CSB and no pics

I've hunted pipe lines several times and never felt uncomfortable

Yeah I feel pretty safe really mainly because I'm on the high ground and the floor of the stand is 25' from the ground. More concerned about this jackass as I know if I take a shot that way he will want to "call the law".
Bottom line he's put everyone in the situation but he acts like we should all change for his "safety" when he's the one being unsafe.

Let him call the law. I'd tell them you were sending a warning shot across the bow of this stand.

Start taking shits at the foot of his ladder

Hahahaha yeah my friend told him feel free to "call the law" anytime so they can come explain to ahole what is and isn't a law......guy thinks he has stroke with the local yokels and he has no idea who we are and what stroke we may have

All I know is if a deer walks out...drop it. If he shoots one and it falls on your property...take it.

Ahhh yes. Had a somewhat related situation on some land my dad owns near home. It's nice to have a Kalunda or 2 around to take care of that for you when you want to keep your hands clean

I'll testify on your behalf.

As long as ya'll stands are on the same side of the pipeline ya'll should be okay. I'd imagine they are both on the very edge and ones is not in the middle, or ya'll aren't cris-crossed.

He's kinda in the middle (more stupidity IMHO) but we are on one edge
Anyway had a doe come out about 15 mins after he left (he always leaves an hour before shooting time) right on the line and if I hadn't gotten one during bow season I'd have nailed her but didn't feel like screwing with any drama
BTW the corn that Kalunda may or may not have dumped 4 liters of piss on didn't bother her bit she ate it for half hour

More evidence that pissing off the stand won't bother them.

Put your stand on the line and shoot away from him. Or say screw it and shoot wherever the he'll you want. Just don't tresspass.
