Between Kerry Collins being paid $4MM to suck it up through 4 games and Jim Tressell to do jack shite for $1MM a year, I'd say that Bill Polian and Jim Irsay Jr. are fricking retarded.
They should have hired Alejandro for $200,000 and I'd have saved them $4.8 million and a roster spot.

his only real job during the games is to tell the coach whether to challenge or not. didnt really have an occasion to get involved so not much to rate there
