Tyrann is a question mark with his size for the NFL, but it's certainly possible. I don't think all these guys will be, but they have a chance. Add Eric Reid and Brockers to the mix IMO.

I was getting ready to say Simon, dude is a freak, not too many tall corners(tall corner period I meant to say) you see move like that, he covers WR's as well as Claiborne!

Tyrann will never be a first round pick. Great college player but never a first rounder.

If Montgomery doesn't get any thicker he will likely be moved to OLB in the NFL. Switching positions may drop his stock some.

I think those guys have a chance. Mo and Freak are the ones I would put my odds on. I think Freak could be a very high pick. Even the little amount of plays he has had, you could tell the amount of talent he has. He's a true freshmen that is very quick off the ball and gets amazing penetration.

while i think the sentiment is correct, everyone said tebow would never land in the first round. as it takes is one team- one team late in the first with a luxury pick to pull the trigger. if he keeps doing what he does, i think he'll get the early call.

Freak
Mo

Those are the only two that I feel comfortable saying they will be first rounders at this point.

In addition to Sam's quickness, I think people are recognizing his motor always on high.

Simon is similar to Dre Kirkpatrick, but I think Simon will be better than Dre in a year or two. He's got the size and speed, but he's more physical than Dre. Simon will probably be a first rounder, second at the latest. Brockers will go 1st round, he can play DT or end in 3-4. Bennie also has a chance if he keeps progressing the way he has in the past year. He's only a sophmore as well.

well if there's another dumbfrick of a head coach like Josh McDaniels then yeah...not knocking on TM, just saying Tebow was a terrible pick in the 1st round. What a trainwreck that guy was for the organization (Josh that is).

that's 3... TM7 will be a middle round guy. eric reid is another candidate for 1st though.

i wouldn't say they are first rounders, but they're high round guys for sure IMO.

simon- great size. his 40 will be important
brockers- big, TFL DT. will have scouts drooling
mingo- i think he'll be the ideal OLB in a 3-4 if he gets to 250lbs and keeps his speed, bu he still has a long way to go. those guys always rise to the top of the board come draft day

im scared Montgomery is gone after this year. hes a 4-3 DE and those guys rise on draft day. i dont know what hes listed at, or what hes playing at, but if 99 can get to 275ish @ 6'4 and keeps balling, we wont have him back next year. too much demand for type guys in the NFL

I say with TM7 it depends on his 40 time, if dude can go to the combine and run a 4.4, I say he goes 1st round because the kid is a allout beast of a football player, always around the ball making plays something NFL scouts love to see.

and one more thing, NFL CB's most of them anyways is around 5'11", that's why I said Simon is a freak height wise, TM7 being 5'9" won't hurt him.

Mo Claiborne is the only certain one. Too early to tell on the others.

agreed on mcdaniels, but an undersized LB/S/CB hybrid guy isnt at important as QB. there will be a team who'll take the chance on t-rex.

im a gigantic t-rex guy, hes what makes our defense special. hes a SLB who covers like a corner. it gives chavis the ultimate in flexibility
