LSU talent on defense

Is great, no doubt. I hope they all become instant millionaires. But, there is too much time for our ridiculously young and talented team to have 7 or 8 first round picks. I hope it happens because that would mean another NC.

Tyrann is a great college player. This may not translate to the NFL. He is LSU's best defensive player hands down, but he isn't the most talented.

He actually is one of the 3 most talented players on this defense, talent doesnt equal how tall you are. LSU fans are really underestimating how good he can cover.

You can post whatever you want. People will CHOOSE what to respond to, not you. You're getting all bitchy about this, when the smartest thing you could have done is like George Carlin said, "turn the f**king channel."

Now there will be four 1st rounders on this defense. Tough shite if you don't like the topic.

Shut the hell up. You and the others bitching about my opinion.

If you can't handle people criticizing your arguments or opinions then maybe it is you who should not be posting on a message board.

No doubt. Some scouts will under value him on measureables alone though. His FB IQ and tenacity aren't measureable. I doubt he goes in the first two rounds.

If Montgomery doesn't get any thicker he will likely be moved to OLB in the NFL. Switching positions may drop his stock some.

with the way 3-4 Defense are becoming more popular, its prob best he stay this weight.

Calm down, junior. People disagree with opinions all the time on the rant. Read the posts of this thread. You got all bitchy way too early without cause.

and IMO Claiborne and Eric Reid are the 2 highest rated NFL prospects on our defense.

3. Mathieu
4. Freak
5. Brockers
6. Montgomery

It's hard to throw out 1st RD grades on any of them. But i think Reid, Freak and Claiborne are the best bets. Brockers prob right there considering his body type. Could be a 3-4 end or a DT4-3

Yeah, I was real "bitchy". I guess disagreeing that bunch of sophomores and freshmen are future first round draft picks is considered being "bitchy" by someone who claims that you should "change the fricking channel" if you don't like what you're reading in a thread. But yes, it is I being "bitchy".

Seriously man, don't post here if you are that thin skinned.

Barring injury will likely be a number one. Too early to tell on anyone else.

Claiborne will be the only one to come out after this season, the rest are just projections, so for the umpteenth time just to see if we all are on the same page.

Simon might be better than Mo and Peterson by the time he leaves.

Simon might have to move to safety if he is a legit 6'3".

Simon has good upside, that's what I like, but I'm sorry he's not better or will be better than PP.

he'll have to run still. sub 4.5 more than likely to solidify

Agreed. He looks to have the goods though. He was thrown on all last year because Petersen was such a stud. LSU's pro;lems last year in pass defense was due to safety issues not Mo. The scouts already have him highly ranked.
