I'm trying out Mr John's for the first time tonight. Any recommendations?

Pretty good BBQ shrimp, great onion rings (not on the online menu for whatever reason, but they have them), phenomenal NY strip, great tiramisu.

Love the porterhouse and potatoes au gratin. Ceasar salad is pretty damn good too. Enough to split for two.

Veal chop is awesome and the Italian dishes are more than good. If a steak is what you want got to get the NY strip.

Was there Friday. I got the tomatoes, mozz and balsamic. Awesome. Then got shrimp and grits. Fantastic. I didn't get steak because I've gotten it the other times I've been.
My mom didn't care for the eggplant dish however.

It looks like I'll be getting the BBQ shrimp, onion rings, and NY strip.
