school or schools to join the SEC especially with it looking more and more like OU TT UT and OK ST going to the PAC 12 and also why wouldn't Boise St be interested in joing the PAC 12

Pretty close...

Mizzou will be a good addition. They are not nearly as arrogant or pompous arses as the aggy

It's looking like Mizzou unless all hell breaks loose and another conference becomes destabilized before the cutoff for 2012 conference shifts.
The main other schools worth bringing in would be UNC, NC State, and V-Tech.
Tech claims to be very happy with the ACC, UNC won't ditch Duke, and I doubt that NC State breaks away from the rest of the core ACC schools in the general vicinity of the Research Triangle.

Would much rather see this. Add four new states instead of only three.

I'm interested in 2 redheads at the same time, aint gonna happen though.
Endowment $61 million

Forbes National: 545
Yeah, no. Boise has had a few good years, but I still hold that if they played week in week out in a real conference they'd get their asses handed to em.

It looks more and more like the ACC is pretty tight knit. They may end up being the poachers instead of the poachedl The SEC should consider being as cohesive as they are.
Seriously, the only ACC weakness may be if Miami gets the death penalty or Shalala decides to shut down the program. But they could easily pick off another Florida school (either USF from the Big East or UCF from C-USA).

ACC is a major conference to me they traditionally dominate basketball and in baseball they are right up there with the sec as top conference and have many decent football programs that at many times are much better than the hyped big 10

I'm not sure they're as much of a package deal as, say, OU/OSU, Kansas/K-State, or UNC/Duke.
It may be (see my above post) that the ACC is a tight-knit group much like the SEC.

I think that even if the SEC could poach VT and NC State out of the ACC, they would still survive. They could go after Pitt, Syracuse, and UConn, which would expand their territory and add two more powerhouse b-ball programs and an above-average football program, without hurting their baseball status.

Dunno.
Looks like Pac 12 will add TX, T-Tech, OU, & OSU to make 16
I would think Big 10 picks up Mizzou, Kans, K-State, and finally gets Notre Dame to make their 16
I think SEC raids ACC and ACC raids Big East.
That said, I'd like to see SEC get to 16 by adding TX A&M, Duke, UNC, VT.
