Cedric Benson is now in jail for punching a bar employee, resulting in some injury to the victim.

The dude has four priors that I know about. And it was still a misdemeanor. And it's a 20 day sentence of which he'll likely serve a week.

He was already on probation for an altercation that occurred in May 2010.

I had a friend who got in a bar fight, got arrested, and had to pay 20k in medical bills. The other guy started the fight, friend finished it.
