Just gas her up and leave at teh marina. I'll wash it down and top off the tank when I bring it back.

no way it will be as nice as last Saturday. The GOM was glass. Have never seen it so calm

God it was awesome. Fishing wasn't great, but the water was beautiful. I was on a 36' contender laying down on the floor while running full throttle and passed out. shite was awesome!

Going after mangrove with light tackle Thursday. Hoping the 5-10 doesnt turn to slick flat. Much easier to catch with a little wind and wave to break the water.

Catching a "few" is not our plan if we get the 1-2 seas forecast we should catch around 25-30.

What kind of fish are you going after? I know red snapper season is closed.

I like to catch and release red snapper with 80 lb gear and take advantage of legal wanton waste

Heading to Cypress Cove Marina (Venice) Friday afternoon. Watching the Saints game, drinking a few beers, then going to bed. Waking up Saturday at 5am, walking 100ft to the boat. Heading out for my first tuna trip with Captain Mike Ellis, relentless sprotfishing charters. Hoping to get plenty of blood on the deck. Hopefully someone will teach me how to post pics when we return.
