Those look REAL nice to me.

When the weather's bad for the fishermen it's usually good for the fish. I put an umbrella in my pedestal and catc a lot of bream when it's raining.

How full are they? I went out by the spillway not too long ago and snagged up about 6 dozen, but most were on the light side.

100%. But you can extend it. Waxing 3/4 are ok. Once you get a couple days past true full, down to a day or two past waining 3/4 are the best.

We were down the bayou by the 1st dam. We were using 15 ring nets @ about 10' depth. Catfish heads as bait. Had it not been raining buckets we could have limited out easily.

I'll let y'all know if they're full or not. We're boiling later this afternoon.

So yall went left from the marina, then left into grand bayou? Or did yall go right into grand bayou? There are damns both ways.

Being from Larose we used to always crab the double dam heading from grand bayou towards the sulphur mine.

Left. Across from some kind of oil or gas rig in the bayou.

Actually there is a damn right across from the tanker. Has 4 huge culverts. I have done well right there. Basically on your right if you are coming from Bayou Blue Marina once you enter the open area of water.
