His first start won't come until week 5 against the Saints. They will be 1 - 3 at that time. From then, the panthers will win 5 more games.

I know Saints fans will think this absurd, but I’d put it at:

First year – 5
Second year – 7
Third year – 9

I really don’t think he’ll be the pushover yal are expecting.

I don't necessarily disagree. When i first saw the thread subject, my initial thought was somewhere between 15-20. I don't think he'll be the next big thing, but something like this would not really surprise me.

9ish doesn't sound bad, this year they'll prolly throw him into the fire after they're 0-6, he won't be ready.

He's got an extreme positive public outlook. I assume ya'll all read the "Maybe I can do things Drew Brees can't do" comments. That's all fine n dandy until ya get knocked on your arse cuz your just getting to the second read 4seconds into the play. He's an extreme risk. The Gruden show with him: Gruden- "Call me an Auburn play." Newton- "Uh, it was just a number like 32 or 36. We tried to simply as much as possible." Gruden- "So ya think ya can transition to zero out slot jet 145 counter extra Z deep cross X run?"
