Chavis was hyping Mathieu up before last season so hopefully Mingo has a big impact season like Mathieu did

Chavis doesn't really talk out of his arse, so this is very encouraging to hear. We just need Sam Montgomery to make a full recovery.

He's a RS Freshman right now and is 14lbs. lighter than Ware was at the Combine. He has plenty of time to add 15lbs. or so before the season. He's already added 30lbs. since arriving at LSU.

Ware is 6'4". Mingo is 6'5".

You don't have to weigh 260 to play the run, especially if you are disciplined and have good technique.
