At the risk of sounding like a troll... Monty Williams frustrates the piss out of me. I really don't like alot of his philosophies and personnel decisions. CP3 hides alot of Monty's ineptitude. Not that it matters but I don't think I'll ever be able to get behind him as the Hornets coach. If only we had gotten Tom Thibodeau.....

He can't coach offense worth a shite and that is my only complaint. I would still take him in a heartbeat over Byron Scott (Cavs ).

I agree with both of those statements that he is head and shoulders above Byron Scott but he does look more like a true assistant coach.

He's a rookie head coach who was known for defense

Nobody expected him to reinvent the offensive game in the NBA...

the least he could do is keep some offensive firepower around instead of trading away young offensive talent....

He's a great assistant coach. Not well rounded enough to be a good head coach yet.

However, it's his first year. He will get better just like a young player.

Do you write love letters to Marcus every night before you go to bed?

HOLY frick PEOPLE.

He's in his first season going up against a guy with more rings than fingers, in a 3-2 series against the two time defending champs, without his best scorer. And led one of the biggest defensive turnarounds in history.

Again...HOLY frick PEOPLE!!!

I agree he made the same mistake with MT5 that B. Scott made with J.R Birdman & Bass

can you explain his philosphies you dont understand?

his personnel decisions you do not like?

do you even know what you are watching?

look, i wasn't sold on him most of the season, but he has gotten this team to play up to a great Laker team this postseason, that beat us bad 4 times in the regular season

all without David West

even a few games this series have been blowouts by the final buzzer, but we have fought tooth and nail and given them all they can handle. It's pretty admirable for a 39year old first time coach

THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR.

No previous Hornets team could have EVER taken 2 games in a series with the 2 time defending champs except maybe for the team 3 years ago that only won because CP3 was playing at a godly level. Give the man credit as a rookie head coach.

Collison is being defended by Derrick Rose, Jack is being defended by Derek Fisher...

i'd take Collison every day of the week over Jack... and it sure would be nice to be able to sit Paul with a lead and actually be able to protect it/add to it....

when Paul leaves the game right now, we're screwed... it's not a matter of IF we will relinquish our lead, it's HOW MUCH...
