I like Louisiana's flavor alot. I just wish it was a little hotter.

Louisiana is my favorite out of the ones listed, unless I'm adding it to gumbo. In that case I prefer tobasco. I also use sriracha religiously on my eggs

Louisiana of those four, but I rarely use it anymore.


I put sriracha on just about everything except Mexican food or my own homemade hot sauce. For Mexican food I use Valentina Extra or San Pedro.

I prefer Crystal

And for other uses I like sriracha and cholula

Is this anything like the hot sauce packets that chinese places have in their sauce area (with the soy, hot mustard, etc)? I love the hot sauce out of the packet. If this is the same stuff, it gets my vote! I keep a bunch of leftover ones in my fridge
