Scenery, if you are talking about mountains in the background (never been there), then some high school stadium in Wyoming or Montana should win.......

I've been to the Rose Bowl many times. You sit far away from the field. It's neat for the PAC-10 and the history of the place but it doesn't have the atmosphere that Tiger Stadium has.
It does sit in a beautiful area, the Arroyo Seco, but who goes to a game for the natural scenery outside of the stadium?
