A forgotten team that did some incredible things. Back in the day when they jumped after every made basket. When there was no ease of travel. This team had style.

They beat Pittsburg to win the National Title by a score of 41-37. The coach was Harry Rabenhorst. You may recognize the name.

I took a quick screenshot of an article that I printed out in the early 90's. If there is any interest I will scan it.

It was his nickname. He went on to become the Superintendant of EBR Schools.

There was also a huge mural of the team in the corridor about 10 years ago. It's probably been removed for a while.
