We should let TJ attempt to build the program until Shaq retires and then hand the reigns over to the "Big Aristotle."

Hell, just let him recruit for us as an assistant coach. Brady showed what can be accomplished in basketball at LSU if you just have the talent assembled.

He knows basketball in and out and would be the best recruiter the sport has ever seen.

TJ should still be head coach, but hire Shaq as an assistant coach and let him recruit. Slam dunk hire if he would do it. Sell Shaq merchandise, sell season tickets and get good players.

Shaq would be a better AD than head B-ball coach.

A man that is worth upwards of $50 million isn't gonna want to recruit fulltime. Doesn't matter how much he Loves Shaq Univ.
