just watched it and had to say it was SICK!!!! Lot of stuff to come in the unraveling of the saga. Thoughts?

Thought it was pretty good and I'm interested to see what they do with the next two episodes. It is going to be a three episode story arch right?

Not totally sure but I do know they will have to follow up with a lot to keep up with that much important info being out now. I've been waiting them to delve into his good/bad sides. I just had to talk to SOMEONE about it.

I completely understand. I've also been waiting on them to address the dark/light sides of Skywalker. The setting (whatever or wherever it is) does allow them a lot of leeway and they could really take this any number of ways. I'm not as up to speed on all the mythology as I would like and I'm going to have to google some stuff about Sith lords to figure out some of the references that were made. Wish I could be more helpful, but I only took a quick cursory glance at it last night when I got back in town. It's still on my DVR so I'm gonna watch it again tonight and see if I can pick up some more on a second viewing.

I thought it was interesting--it was the first time in this series that I heard him refer to Padme as his "wife"--I wondered if they were "together" yet or not in this series (wasn't sure where in the chronology we were supposed to be seeing them).

You guys are great. It is a three parter that hopefully will explain more on the Sith/Jedi thing for him. I also noticed the reference to Padme being his wife and found it odd. I knew they were enamored with each other at the time but there wasn't a "wedding" or anything so idk. They just slipped it in there I guess.
The dark/light scene where he controls the two is as epic of a scene as I have EVER seen in any movie/tv show. Period

I guess this series takes place between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith which would explain the relationship between Annikin and Padme but they never allude to anything more than friendship during The Clone Wars so I was shocked when he told the "father" that he had a wife. Odd. They are very good at hiding it.

I've only caught a few episodes of the Clone Wars, but what I've seen is all far superior to anything in the actual prequels. Has it been pretty consistent? Is there anywhere to watch it online?
I saw the cartoon Clone Wars that aired before the release of Episode III, and it was pretty badass (I love the Samurai Jack animation style).

finally watched this (dvr'd) last night. Now every curious to see part 3. Annikin obviously gets a close look at what happens in "Revenge of the Sith" with the turn to the dark side.
