I don't see him leaving and not talking to the players.

He's not going to get everyone back. I'm sure a lot of people went back to their homes for the break. Doubt he sent a mass txt/email saying "Hey guys..It's Les. Team meeting today."

With all that has been speculated and so called reported. What is the purpose of nothing being said of the meeting in the form of Les not accepting or considering taking the Michigan position. There is no reason for Brandon to fly back up there and not say les miles declined the offer and you now hear and read where is is going fly somewhere else. Brandon has no reason to be quiet about it if Less turned him down. Why would he still keep quiet for Less to only use them for contract betterment here at LSU.

The team has scattered. It's in between semesters now. Classes resume 1/18.

My guess is as good as anyone else's (not very), but I will speculate that Miles is simply waiting for LSU and his agent to hammer out a new contract to match what Michigan has offered before he makes the call.
