Nutt gives praise to LSU

"So we're getting ready to go play one of the best teams in America, LSU."
"LSU has the finest defense that I've ever seen, right now, so far, the best. Starts with their front, their front is outstanding because they're big, they're huge, they're fast, they don't give up but very, very few points. They swarm to the football. I mean, with speed. And one day we're going to be two and three deep just like that. They have real speed from the front to the backers to the back end. Offensively, real weapons at the wideout. A real tailback. A good offensive line. Good special teams. So we're playing, I guess, the No. 5 team in the country. LSU. Get ready. Questions?"

I'm not sure i'd even take this as a compliment as an LSU fan.

I don't understand how Nutt still has a SEC head coaching job. Dude has been around forever and definitely hasnt earned his stay in the conference.

As a coach, why wouldn't you aspire for greatness and for a program like LSU's? It may not happen but it's clear he intends to create a good program. It's like you people never went to college...HORRIBLE comprehension skills, I mean HORRIBLE!!

I don't think an overall SEC record of 52-50 has earned him 13 years in the SEC.
He will most likely finish this year with an SEC overall record of 52-52.

He is treating this game like their bowl game like he does every year. He will have those rebel bears fire up. I would think after the last two years our boys and coach Miles will be extremely motivated for this game.
