Is Geaux Zone not loading for anyone else?

it just says "loading" the whole time when I'm trying to watch the video.

i can get audio but not video
fwiw, it seems like this issue happens on the first game of every sport every year. you'd think they'd have this down to a science by now.

So will the geauxzone ever work properly for the first few games of a season. Every single year they screw it up for both basketball and baseball.
