They look damn good. Nothing like the team we played several weeks ago. Anyone else like their chances of winning the SEC? I think if they go for the east, they win. If they win, then obviously it will be tough to go to a BCS bowl as a one loss team.

Good shot at the East. I still say the West will win in Atlanter.

now that they put the real q.b. in the lineup, they are very good.

I agree, i think they win the east, but any of the top west teams will beat them. Now that doesnt mean it wouldnt be close and if a west team fools around the Gators could beat them.

If Bama beats Auburn, I will be pulling for UF (if they get in) to beat the barners like I have never pulled for UF before.

I know that to some this may sound irrational, but I don't think any team in the west has a shot at UF right now. Teams change throughout the season, such that I wish we played Auburn when Miss State played them :-)

They'll make it to Atlanta because the only other team in the East with a chance is sc & uf is better than them. The East is WAAAAYYYYY down & WAAAAYYYY weak this year, whoever wins the East will be DESTROYED by au, LSU, or whoever makes it out alive from the West-book it.

Not me; there are only 2 slots available to SEC teams for the big bowls. I want 1 to be LSU. I think if Auburn beats Georgia, they likely have the at-large bid (very good record, possible Heisman winner) wrapped up.

Fla winning likely puts us back in Cap 1 territory, or Cotton.

Yeah, because LSU has nothing to gain by AU winning the SECCG.

Not to mention that it's the only real chance the SEC has to add another crystal ball to the conference's collection.

Right it you pull for the east team and they win there are only two BCS Slots per conference so we would be out with Auburn ahead of us.

Screw Oscar Meyer and the Gator nation. I hope they crash and burn.

If AU happens to drops one, you would want them to win the SEC CG with hopes of them making the NC, that way LSU would slide into the Sugar Bowl.

ETA - I would not want to face FL again in the SEC CG. If LSU somehow snuck in there, I want to play USCe.

How will UF jump over us in the BCS ranking by just beating the west in the SEC championship game? Not going to happen if we win out.

Because an "automatic qualifier conference" means that whoever WINS that conference, automatically goes to a BCS game I believe. Even if their BCS ranking finishes lower than ours.

They definitely look better with Demps and Rainey on the field, plus the 3-QB offense they're running now. They should beat the Cocks and make it to Atlanta. A UF-LSU rematch would be very interesting—which team makes the more effective adjustments since we played during the season? Plus, you'd have an 11-1 LSU playing for a bid to the national championship game versus a Florida team that would love to keep the Tigers from doing this, while taking the SEC crown for themselves. High stakes football for sure.

I think USDC will surprise UF, if they play an entire game like they did against the gumps. Spurrier has a lot of talent and I think Garcia is an overall better QB than Brantley.

Just depends on which USC and UF team shows up Sat. Both have been pretty inconsistent this season.
