Barring getting the ball on the 15 yard line via turnover, in which case I wouldn't mind JJ running an option offense. If Lee came out for the first series the crowds reaction would be so positive that the whole team would be energized. I would be willing to bet that JJ would get a really positive reaction too when he does come in if Lee starts.

As soon as hell freezes over, unfortunately.
Man I hope the devils balls get cold real quick.

In his weekly news conference, Miles stated that JJ would start.

Yeah, I heard that but I had hoped that all of these Miles backers would be right for once. Maybe Miles is hiding his true gameplan. Very wishful thinking though I fear.

Better luck next year.

The crowd usually gives JJ the benefit of the doubt for the first series... and the second if the first one goes well, but I wouldn't say there is an overwhelming sense of excitement when he trots out there.

Lee on the other hand, gets great applause b/c he's earned it this year through his performance, but I don't know if he would get as much praise if JJ wouldn't be doing so bad this year.

The crowd is the mob. Win/Perform and they will love you. Fail, it's not pretty. Sad, but the passion that comes with anonymity and alcohol encourages both responses.

Why do you torture us with these questions when you already know the answer.

You know Miles is going to start JJ in every game and there are only 4 remaining. So I guess for the Arkansas Game you going to ask the same question?

I have a feeling JJ plays 80% of this game. The offense will be painfully vanilla.

Actually 0 (zero) is a form of chance.

Not even after a loss where JJ gave the other team another 7 points to start the game will you see JL actually get a chance to run the offense. I've never seen a QB make mistake after mistake and still be a starter or even second string. It makes me think that JJ could actually take a snap, run it backwards into the end zone and take a safety for no reason and still keep his starting spot. I just wonder what he would have to do in order to get benched...I would hate to see that game.

JJ will run his option to the short side of the field for 80 % of the game & we lose by 14.

LM put the blame on RR for not catching that pass and causing the interception, not his adopted son. And I am sure someone else caused him to fumble the week before inside the 5, and for the Int the week prior, and....you get my drift.

He won't start.

I think it would be a good strategy though. The crowd would go nuts.
