The Metairie location is on hold and it looks like they'll be coming to Covington at the old Zea location on 190.

Well, they really tried on Metaire for a while, they just couldn't get it done. Civington was a down the road plan, but it was bumped when Metaire fell through.

That area really isn't convenient for where we live, but we need to start making i over there more. We love mellow mushroom and Bonefish so this wil add to the list in that area.

You mean the old TGI Fridays/Sake Garden building. Unless I'm mistaken...I don't know of an old Zea location in Covington.

I actually just passed by that future location today. Looks like they finally started working on it. The exterior flower beds/landscaping and all old signage removed. Still no idea when it's opening, but it's on its way

I have been three times now...I really don't see the huge appeal. If I lived in Lake Chuck, I would be excited it was coming; but I have never seen someone so excited to get average restaurant (like Panera, etc) to NOLA as you.

Cause sometimes spending less $$$ for a good consistent meal is appealing.

Did you ever order a specialty instead of the run of the mill mexican food?

Was a lot better under the original ownership in Lafayette. Went downhill after the sale.

Why on earth would we want something in NOLA that serves good food...

ETA: I would really hate it if India4U opened a chain in NOLA.....
