looks like you got some nice momentum going. You're gonna hit that 220 number before me.

I've been vacillating between 226 and 229 since I started taking creatine.

I wanted to be at 185 after the 24 days, but I will take a near 10 pound loss. Having a few beer days during the second half didnt help but I am happy with it. Basically gets me back to my normal weight.

Damn you sure you shouldnt be gaining weight?

Down to 185.2 today. About a pound and a half loss from yesterday. Killing it. Now I will feel better about drinking a bunch on Sunday.

I will after I go down to 150. Gonna try and cut some fat down. My end goal is to get to 160 with 14% body fat

The weekends are killing me. I am living right Monday through Friday afternoon. I need to buckle down. I have stalled right at/under the 270 mark

I have learned in order to get to where you want to be you need to cut back on weekends. Once you get there you can let up a bit and maintain.

First week back to working out is now in the books. Today was the first time the scale went down instead of up. I had hit 225.8 at my peak yesterday.

I think now that my body is past all the soreness issues that come with starting back that the weight should slowly go back down as I'm storing less water. Either way, things are moving in the right direction again which is a relief.

First post in the thread. I'm guessing the first number is where you started, second where you are, third your goal? If so,

193/180.6/170

I've lost it via lifting, I know I've gained muscle mass so I've likely lost more than 12 lbs fat.

I complained earlier that my scale number was hanging the same.
280/269/230

But, I ran into a former co-worker in the store yesterday, and she made a display about how much weight I had lost. So, I went home and tried on an old shirt. It fit!! It looks like I am trading muscle for fat right now in terms of weight which is fine by me. I am almost down to 1 chin

If you are working out, the weight is very misleading because of the water. Take measurements and observe the fit of your clothing to see real progress.
