Roma Deli resurrection

Anyone know the name of the owner? That place was the best sandwich and pizza shop in BTR by far. I wish he would resurrect it near LSU instead of his old Sherwood Forest location. I have heard various reasons for it closing but no one has a definitive answer (he was sick, a gambler, expanded to a dinner joint, etc.)
