The LCP is great and you barely even notice it is in your pocket.

I would call ahead and make sure they have them in stock before you go. I remember LCP's being hard to get when Barry took office, but that may have subsided by now. Some places only carry 1 or 2 units in stock, due to today's economic times. Saving 10 bucks or so, is no big deal when you want something bad enough. Just my $.02.

this is the cheapest I've seen the TCP Bud's but not local. The LCP is here LINK

You'll pay the FFL but no sales tax. When I bought mine I didn't pay shipping either. I like my TCP FWIW. no problems with it

I bought mine off gunbroker.com. Same deal as Bud's, no tax or shipping but I had to pay a $25 FFL cost.

I would love to carry my XD more often, but I have to wear a suit most days for work. I can conceal the LCP very easily when I want to carry.

I bought an lcp and a pocket holster, love it. Have bullets gotten easier to find?

I had a friend wanting to sell his. Where are you? He lives in Baton Rouge.

Walther PPS
Its actually the same size as a Walther PPK, but shoots 9mm. (Pricey though)

Model: PPS

Barrel Length: 3.2"
Sight Radius: 5.4"
Weight (without Mag): 19.4 oz.
Standard Magazine Weight: 1.9 oz.

Caliber: .380 Auto
Capacity: 6+1
Sights: Fixed
Length: 5.16"
Width: 0.82"
Height: 3.60"
Weight: 9.40 oz.
Barrel Length: 2.75"
Barrel Material: Alloy Steel
Grooves: 6
Twist: 1:16"

The real attraction is the weight. 10oz difference between LCP and that Walther.
I paid $319 for my stainless LCP at Houma Auto-parts.

I concede.
Wow. That's a huge difference in weight and price. If you can live with .380, then it appears to be a solid choice.

In the winter time I would choose something larger than the LCP since a jacket would make it much easier to conceal something bigger. For the summer time, it is hard to beat the LCP when you are wearing a T-shirt and shorts.
