You have to upload them to image shack, photobucket, etc... then take the direct link url and click "img" beside the emoticons and paste that link there.

Click on imageshack, upload the photo from you're computer, copy the direct link, click the image button on tigerdroppings, click preview to see if your pick is posted or not, then submit
