Currently smoking some ribs and had some extra that won't fit on the smoker. Any decent recipes for the extra that I could throw in the oven?

yes. boil them in coca-cola for about 15 minutes before you season them and put them into the oven.

I love steamed ribs, but you will catch hell for saying so around here, I put a dry rub on, sear them on the grill then tightly cover in foil and put in 250 degree oven for about 4 hours, never any left overs at my house

Have you met Beauxnes?

BTW why dont you just smoke all your ribs for a short amount of time them just transfer to the oven to finish? The meat can only take on smoke for so long. Might be able to stack them in the smoker to take on the smoke and then use the oven to finish cooking them.

I've never had these, but this article on Dr. Pepper fried ribs looked interesting.
