I've only been to three:
Wrigley Field
Dodger Stadium
Rogers Centre (Toronto)

Wrigley was my favorite.

Also went to AstroDome several times when the Astros were still there.

I've only been to Minute Maid. It's a great park, but I have a lot of bucket list parks to see before I'm gone.

Miller Park (milwaukee)
Wrigley Field (chicago)
Metrodome (minneapolis)

Wrigley is a dump, I hope that place implodes asap.

Metrodome was alright, but I could definitely see why they needed to build Target Field.

Miller is pretty decent, great lively crowd (everyone is drunk) but overall a pretty bland stadium.

Of the 3 I go with Milwaukee just for the pre/post/in game atmosphere

I've been to seven involving four different teams:

Texas Rangers: Arlington Stadium, Ballpark in Arlington
Houston Astros: Astrodome, Minute Maid Park
St. Louis Cardinals: Busch Stadium (old), Busch Stadium (new)
Atlanta Braves: Turner Field

Although I'm from DFW my favorite is Minute Maid. Parking (at the Hilton Hotel garage) is very close and being indoors is very nice when in sweltering Houston. Ballpark in Arlington is my second favorite.

Astrodome
Minute Maid
Dodger Stadium
Safeco Field
Wrigley
Fenway
Yankee Stadium
Shea Stadium

Safeco is the nicest, I think... but Wrigley is pretty awesome. Although, the most fun I've had at Wrigley was on a rooftop, not actually in the stadium.

Fenway and Yankee stadium were very cool for the history.

ETA: Rangers Ballpark at Arlington (or whatever it's called now, as well...)

Turner is my favorite because I can always walk up and get great seats 2 hours before first pitch.

Wrigley Field and the Astrodome, and being at Opening Day in Wrigley has to be my best experience as a fan in any sport.

Astrodome, Juice Box, and Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

I like the Juice Box the best of those, but mainly because I have access to free tickets

Busch Stadium
Progressive Field
Citizen's Bank
Wrigley
Angel Stadium
Fenway
Old Yankee Stadium
New National's Ballpark
Turner Field

Fenway and Wrigley were easily the most surreal ones to be in, but Busch and Citizen's Bank are both very nice facilities

Hell we went to Olympic Stadium in Montreal at 7 for a 7 30 game. I asked what the best tickets available were. Lady said first row down the line. We sat in the first row by the Expos bullpen. Brian Schneider gave my kids two baseballs and the usher had them autographed. Nobody there and stadium empty. Now real empty I guess.
