Where can I buy beef tongue in Lafayette?

Poche's in Poche Bridge for sure, seasoned and stuffed.
I'm pretty sure I've seen them at Albertson's occasionally. You need to ask your butcher wherever you normally shop. Most butchers should be able to get beef tongue.

They have them at Hebert's in Maurice, right outside of Lafayette...

Best Stop in Scott and Don's in Scott/Carencro. Just about any true coonass butcher. Don's has then pre-seasoned.
